If you wish to use a Stronghold Master Collection weapon for LARP combat, please make sure to apply a coat of Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicon or Protection Gel to protect the paint finish on the blade. Marks on the weapons are to be expected, especially the darker tinted ones, after prolonged usage even with a protective coating.

As the patriarch of the clan he will not bow down to any nithing, who attempts to mauraud his village. He might look old with his silver beard, scarred face and furrowed brow, but his stark blue eyes are flinty and intimidating.The many scars that mars his body show how stalwart and steady he’s been through his long life as a warrior.

“Today is no different”, he thinks staring angrily at the monstrous horned figure, that emerges from the mist between the longhouse and the road beyond. As he places his hand on the pommel of his trusty Dreki Sword hanging from his belt, the action emboldens him and fills him with strength. In true Stalwart manner he decides that an insult is the proper way to get this fight going. “Vel kominn, elskar af geitr!” he roars…

Behold the Stronghold Dreki Sword: Sea serpents, dire-wolves and competing Viking-scum will not stand a chance!

This splendid 85 cm sword has a 67 cm fullered blade designed to be lightweight while maintaining its structural stability. Made from EVA foam surrounding a fibreglass core and finished with a strong and impressive paintwork, this sword is just as soft as any latex coated weapon but even more sturdy in battle, and another significant member to join the Stronghold line! Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint being rubbed off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface makes contact. To mitigate this, we advise you to coat the blade with a thin layer of silicone, which will reduce the friction and in turn stress on the paint

The steel coloured crossguard features an elaborate serpent-like embellishment, and the handle is cast and painted to look like realistic hardwood with a crescent steel-pommel at the bottom.

Maintenance

This Stronghold weapon’s handle does not require any special maintenance.
